Duties:
Work in full 360 capacity; generating new business, and closing your own sales
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads
Eliminate objections using your own market/product knowledge
Present unique solutions to save client's money, time, and reduce their carbon emissions
Adhere to sales compliance rules
Accurately maintain the CRM system
Consistently pursue and understand your pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements and Qualifications:
Significant outbound sales experience (preferably within the energy industry however, full training will be provided)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines
Self-motivated and driven
Proficient at Microsoft packages i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
