Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, addressing client-specific needs, and showcasing the value of mywage solutions. Working closely with sales, product, and technical teams, this role bridges the gap between client requirements and our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging, customised product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and functionality of mywage solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives.
- Translate client needs into tailored demonstrations that showcase how mywage can solve specific business challenges.
- Act as a product expert, staying up-to-date with the latest features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Address client questions and objections with in-depth product knowledge and problem-solving expertise.
- Work with the product team to provide feedback on user experience and market needs.
- Assist in creating demo environments and configuring solutions to reflect real-world client scenarios.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and technical discussions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
- Provide training or technical support during proof-of-concept or pilot phases as needed.
- Occassional travel to client sites (where needed)
Required Skills and Experience - Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar pre-sales role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the payroll, HR, or staffing industry is highly desirable.
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand software products and explain their value clearly.
- Salesforce Platform knowledge a must
- Ability to customise and adapt product demonstrations to meet specific client requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a remote position, with occasional travel to client sites as required based on project and client needs.
