Brookstreet UK Ltd is seeking a Temporary Lead Generator to join our client's dynamic team in Belfast. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their specialised property debt solutions services.

Role Overview:

• As a Temporary Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients
• You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to generate leads and book consultations for our specialised services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads from provided data sets
• Engage with estate agents to source potential clients
• Book consultations for individuals facing property debt issues
• Utilize our CRM system to manage and track leads
• Follow and refine provided scripts to effectively communicate our services
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in phone-based lead generation
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (training will be provided on our specific system)
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex services
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company effectively
