We are looking for a motivated and proactive Client Service Executive to join a leading business in the B2B media and events sector, based in SW London. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a growing team, focusing on client relationship management and new business development. With a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000, and the potential to earn up to £45,000 in your first year, this hybrid role offers flexibility, with Mondays and Fridays working from home. The position also provides fantastic benefits, including health cover, gym membership, and more.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their content is uploaded and maintained to high standards.
• Manage client renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with the Customer Success team.
• Proactively engage with new prospects and convert leads into sales to achieve targets.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, including email and media initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams.

• Proven experience in sales or client services, preferably in a B2B or media environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred but not essential).

• Base salary: £30,000-£35,000.
• Year 1 OTE: £45,000.

This role is based in SW London and is easily commutable from surrounding areas, including Richmond, Putney, Wimbledon, and Kingston.
