Ready to take your career to the next level? As a Key Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build strategic partnerships with high-end retailers and foster long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Partnering with the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships, providing seamless order processing, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities within this role:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end retailers, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Oversee the entire order process, from initial confirmation to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, driving innovation and process improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Deliver world-class customer service by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.

Your scope of work will include:

  • Assisting with tenders and quotations preparation and follow-up in collaboration with account managers.
  • Coordinating communication and activities with customers regarding item screenings, packaging, new product introductions, and promotional management.
  • Providing support in the implementation of business improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as a constructive team player, assisting in the growth and development of the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous account management/customer service experience within a wholesale or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and there is free on-site parking for staff.
