The Role:

As a Sales & Partnerships Consultant you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and matching businesses with the tech talent they need. Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the tech sector and related industries.

• Client Engagement: Initiate and develop relationships with decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and position Corecom Technology Academy as their trusted partner.

• Sales Strategy: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, training and marketing teams to align client requirements with our talent pool.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role (B2B experience is highly desirable).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

• A natural ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

• An understanding of or a keen interest in the technology sector.
