Join a leading renewable energy installer in West Yorkshire that specializes in tailoring innovative solutions to optimize renewable energy use for homes while maximizing financial benefits for customers.
We re seeking a Sales Development Lead to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at our clients Leeds site. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to shape the team, contribute directly to sales, and drive the company s ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and train a team of SDRs, setting the foundations for a high-performing sales function.
• Hands-On Sales: Lead from the front by actively engaging in appointment setting and customer interactions, demonstrating best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor team KPIs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective appointment setting.
• Campaign & Agency Management: Support lead generation by managing web campaigns (social media, Google Ads) and liaising with external agencies to optimize lead flow and ROI.
• Customer Engagement: Leverage an eight-year established customer base to drive meaningful interactions and high-quality appointment bookings.

Who We re Looking For
• Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years in outbound sales, cold calling, direct sales, or telemarketing. Experience in training or mentoring others is a plus.
• Driven & Target-Focused: Ambitious, with a passion for hitting targets and laying the groundwork for team success.
• Highly Organised: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage performance metrics, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Resilient & Engaging: A positive and energetic individual who can build strong relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
