Multitask Personnel is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading utilities provider within the smart metering sector. We are seeking several Contact Hub Advisors to join their dynamic outbound call centre team based in Doncaster on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

The Role: Contact Hub Advisor

As a Contact Hub Advisor, you ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, making outbound calls through a dialler system to secure appointments for smart meter installations.


Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to existing energy customers using a blended dialler system, aiming to secure bookings for smart meter installations.
• Identify and address customer needs to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Reconnect with customers to reschedule appointments when necessary.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with your Team Leader to enhance performance and improve customer experiences.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Contact Centre and other departments to share best practices and strengthen internal relationships.
• Take a solution-focused approach to company policies, ensuring compliance while suggesting continuous improvement opportunities.


What We re Looking For:
We re seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in customer-focused roles. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a contact centre or similar target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to work with various systems.
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to handling customer objections.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a high-performing team.


Working Hours:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
• Once fully trained, hybrid working options are available.


Pay & Benefits:
• £12.00 per hour (paid weekly while working through the agency).
• Additional monthly performance-based bonuses tied to productivity and quality targets.
• A full time permanent contract after the initial agency working period.
