My client is seeking a Lead Generator to help drive business growth by achieving telephone targets and maximising sales opportunities. This role involves scheduling appointments for the internal sales team. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Duties include:

• Striving to achieve sales targets.
• Managing and updating records to ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.
• General administration duties

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Demonstrated success in sales, telesales, or lead generation roles.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A graduate qualification (desirable).
