Business Development Consultant Ireland

Due to sustained growth, Altro Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join the team.

As we expand, we are looking for a results-driven, customer focused and enthusiastic sales professional.

We re looking for a Business Development Sales Consultant to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you ll be building and nurturing relationships with contractors and distributors, all while working closely with a great team.

You'll be key in helping us expand our presence, driving sales, and ensuring our customers get the best possible experience.

This is a full time, permanent, home-based position and the successful candidate will be based in either Northern or the Republic of Ireland. The role covers all of Ireland.

Who are we looking for? Extensive sales / key account management experience is essential and converting specifications into orders is key. We need someone with excellent communication skills who would describe themselves as driven and a team player. Someone with strong analytical skills and CRM experience is essential and ideally someone with a background of dealing with flooring contractors and experience of selling a large product portfolio would be highly advantageous. An Understanding of the construction tendering process is also important.
