Our are on the lookout for an ambitious New Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on generating impactful results for one of our clients in Nottinghamshire who are a software specialist. This role is pivotal in advancing our strategic initiatives, engaging with potential clients, nurturing valuable relationships, and successfully securing new contracts to boost our growth.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and approach potential clients through a range of methods, including networking events, cold calls, and social media outreach, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.
Craft and present compelling presentations of our solutions to potential customers and lead strategic meetings to understand and address their specific needs.
Skillfully negotiate terms and finalise deals, aiming to not just meet but surpass sales expectations.
Stay abreast of industry changes, market news, and competitor moves to adapt our sales strategies and maintain our competitive stance.
Generate comprehensive sales reports, analysing both revenue streams and incurred expenses, and use this data to refine approaches and tactics.
Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product development
Embrace continuous professional development by keeping updated with sales best practices and participating in relevant industry and professional forums.
Skills and Experience:
Proven Track Record in Sales:Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets, preferably within a B2B setting.
Strong Communication Skills:Exceptional ability to communicate, engage, and influence clients and stakeholders
Expert Negotiation Abilities:Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and forge beneficial agreements.
Analytical Acumen:Skilled at interpreting sales data and market insights to guide strategy.
Flexibility:Quick to adapt to new situations and changes in the business landscape. Ready to quickly learn about updates and innovations in our offerings.
