Our client is committed to delivering exceptional care across its diverse portfolio, which includes secure facilities, and treatment for addiction and mental health challenges. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Analyst to optimise the organisation s use of Salesforce, enabling informed decision-making and driving overall business performance.

The Role

A detail oriented professional, with a background in the independent health and social sector, is required for the role. As Salesforce Analyst, you will be fully immersed in the sector, with a solid understanding of up-to-date data privacy regulations and best practice for data management. The Salesforce Analyst will oversee the effective utilisation of Salesforce to support key business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Service Development, key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce dashboards to analyse business performance.
  • Creating ad hoc reports tailored to the organisation s evolving needs.
  • Identifying business improvement opportunities, risks, issues, and trends through data analysis.
  • Supporting the marketing team with campaign performance analysis using integrated call tracking software.
  • Designing Salesforce email response templates and participating in Marketing Cloud enhancement initiatives.
  • Conducting minor development tasks within Salesforce to support business development.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of stakeholder data within the CRM.
  • Providing training and ongoing support to Salesforce users.

This role plays a pivotal part in leveraging Salesforce to its full potential, facilitating data-driven insights and improving operational effectiveness. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.

Location

This is a home-based position with travel required to the London Head Office and other services nationwide. Candidates from across the UK are encouraged to apply.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce systems and modules such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce certification/qualification is essential.
  • Strong track record of creating dashboards, reports, and minor development tasks in Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations and effective data management practices.
  • Experience in independent health and social care (mental health or adult social care would be beneficial).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Capacity to offer Salesforce users training and assistance.
  • Familiarity with corporate environments and CRM best practices.
  • Full UK Driving License.

  • Experience analysing marketing campaigns and integrating call monitoring software with Salesforce.

  • Comfortable with remote working style and travel across the UK when required.
