Based at Rushcliffe Arena, a flagship site within the Rushcliffe Contract you will help lead the team and drive sales outputs at site. Achieve monthly membership and income targets, as well as taking a proactive approach to increasing our membership base, use data to analyse key performance indicators and be able to lead and motivate your teams to exceed their targets. You will lead the Sales team and Front of House team to deliver exceptional standards, delivering on brand standards with a customer service and sales enriched focus at all times. Main Duties
