Description: | Business Development Representative Job Title: Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive Location: Fully Remote (1 day per quarter in Manchester) Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 basic + Commission Industry: Telecommunications (business to business) Why Comms? With organisations having to reassess their current communications requirements due to operational changes brought by Covid-19, as well as continued investment into the 5G network we are seeing exponential growth in this industry. For successfully applicants you will be joining a successful and established sales team with a driven and collaborative office atmosphere. As well as great earning potential this company provides a great induction and ongoing training and helps work with you to identify a career path within the business. Role Summary You will be partnered with an Account Executive with one of the leading vendors in contact centre telecommunications (a household name) you will be provided with a target list of contacts, and your role will be to keep the AE as busy as possible by providing sales qualified leads. Despite being lead orientated and not direct sales year one, there will be a fantastic opportunity to learn, as you will be working very closely with the Account Executive as well as the internal sales team gaining invaluable insight into how to sell CX (contact centre solutions) consultatively. Currently there is a team of 2 BDR s they are looking to add an additional 2 in January and a further 2 later in the year due to continued success. Once this team is at 6, they will be looking for the top performing BDR to move into a Team Manager position giving great growth potential in the role. Ideal previous experience (not essential)
