Description:

Atrium Associates is recruiting Telesales Business Development Executives to join our client's team in Norwich on a permanent basis. If you are driven by financial success, reliable, fun, and possess a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Engage with decision-makers through outbound calls to generate new leads for Account Managers and Account Directors.
Arrange leads and callbacks for the Account Management Team.
Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective businesses to expand market share.
Handle inbound sales enquiries, generating opportunities through new and existing business.
Support business call campaigns as directed by your line manager.
Perform other in-house duties as required.
Stay updated with products and services through both in-person and computer-based training.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: £23,000 starting basic salary, with potential earnings up to £35,000 OTE.
Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus.

£1,500 basic salary increase incentive after passing probation (£500 per month for 3 consecutive months upon achieving target).
22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional 1-day sickness incentive per quarter (up to 4 extra days annually).
