Location: London NW10, (Part WFH available)

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + Bonus

Our award-winning client is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious Bid Writer to join their practice in London.

What you will do as a Bid Writer:

• Collaborate with the Principal and Senior Team to produce high-quality bid documents, including PQQs, case studies and newsletters.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation, ensuring a consistent approach.
• Monitor tender portals identifying and presenting relevant opportunities
• Produce and compile bid documents
• Manage and update all marketing collateral
• Review competition lists and compile PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations

Experience & Skills for this role:

• Proven experience in bid writing within the architectural world
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong copywriting and copyediting abilities.
• Skilled in PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
