We are seeking an experienced motivated and customer-focused appointment maker to join our expanding team due to high demand for our service in the industry. Job description

  • Engage with potential clients introducing our Business Rate services through phone calls and emails
  • Providing clear and concise information about our services, addressing concerns and generate interest in rate reduction opportunities
  • Booking appointments for our expert team of surveyors to discuss rate reduction opportunities.
  • Communicating with decision makers, developing your communication and sales skills.
  • Results-driven with a high commercial awareness for negotiating pricing with customers
  • Maintaining regular communication with new and existing leads
  • Updating our company database with accurate information
  • Meet weekly and monthly appointment booking targets

Desired skills and personal qualities:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional, personable, and persuasive with a focus on active listening
  • Team player

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Desired
  • GCSE or equivalent Math (Grade 4) Desired
