Role Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed business targets and objectives

• To cultivate and forge business relationships, undertaking routine dealer visits to maximise sale opportunities

• To support the dealer network offering product training, product updates and demonstrations

• To actively identify and develop new leads, consistently growing and developing the business

• To attend and assist in the delivery of promotional events and industry exhibitions to increase brand presence

• To develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the product range and offerings

• To stay abreast of competitor activity, monitor industry trends and developments

• To attend daily meeting and support the wider team when necessary

Skills you will need:
Essential:

• Proven sales experience, in the agricultural, construction or forestry machinery sectors

• An understanding and knowledge of ground preparation

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• The ability to build and nurture strong business relationships

• Highly organised, able to manage your own diary and deadlines

• Driven and self-motivated to meet business targets and needs

• A team player able to work collaboratively and autonomously when required

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Committed to providing excellent customer service at all times

• A UK driving licence with the desire and willingness to travel
