Your Role: As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will:
Conduct property viewings and valuations to deliver successful sales.
Secure new instructions and expand the agency's portfolio of luxury properties.
Mentor and develop junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with the Company Director to shape sales strategies and implement marketing and operational plans.
What You Bring:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in UK residential property sales.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service expertise.
Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in property software and IT systems.
Certifications: Industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential.
What's on Offer:
A competitive basic salary of up to 24,000, with on-target earnings exceeding 57,000.
