Key Responsibilities for the Head of Business Development position:
  • Proactive Lead Development: Take a hands-on approach to following up on leads and generating your own pipeline, supported by a skilled marketing team.
  • Customer Engagement: Build trust and lasting relationships with decision-makers across the education sector.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to achieving a £400,000 business target, focusing on creating and executing effective strategies.
  • Collaboration: Leverage data from email marketing campaigns and exhibitions to identify opportunities and convert leads.
  • Brand Representation: Attend key exhibitions, focusing on generating referrals and promoting solutions to new audiences.
What We re Looking For in the Head of Business Development role:
  • B2C Sales Expertise: A strong background in consumer sales, such as e-commerce, consumer technology, financial services, or similar industries.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and customers, adapting your approach to build rapport and trust.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious targets,
