As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue. Specifically, you will: Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, with a focus on ICB (Independent Care Brokerage) and Case Management companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, case managers, and other referral sources. Collaborate with the operations & recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the complex healthcare needs of our service users. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling high quality proposals to potential clients, showcasing the unique value and benefits of our services. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector is essential. Experience working with ICB s and/or case managers. Strong understanding of the homecare industry and the complex healthcare needs of service users. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
