A background working in construction, building services, property, technical industries or similar would be beneficial.

The Job

As a Sales Team Leader, you ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team by:

  • Hands-On Engagement: Step in during absences and lead by example on sales and admin tasks.

What You ll Need

  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing telephone-based sales teams is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in construction, building services, or technical industries is beneficial.
  • Coaching Excellence: Skilled at motivating and mentoring salespeople to excel.
  • Strong Communicator: Build trust and relationships with ease.
