Our client, a dynamic and expanding company are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team in Leicester as a Business Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the customer base and driving business growth through effective lead generation and relationship building! This is not a call centre role.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails using provided datasets to engage potential customers and secure their agreement to receive a quotation and visit.
Evaluate leads by comprehensively understanding their needs, budget constraints and timelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating the companies value proposition and solutions.
Educate leads on the Company s products and services, offering relevant information and resources to facilitate their decision-making process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions and progress in a CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally in B2B sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
