My client is an Advisory firm currently recruiting for sales professionals based in London.
The Position:
On-the-job training is provided
Entry-level sales position
Developing new investors for the company
Making 100 calls per day
Pitching over the phone
Sending out company literature for the Senior Brokers to close.
Skills / Experience Required:
Experience within an outbound calling sales role
Money motivated
Professional and confident with the ability to deal with rejection over the phone
Hard-working
Salary: 24,000 plus commission and bonus
Benefits: Weekly bonuses, monthly rewards for hitting targets, full training from the top brokers of the firm, pension contribution, basic salary and solid commission structure.
Hours of Work: 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday work from home
