We are looking for a Email Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team in Bolton. In this role, you ll take ownership of customer communication journeys, creating engaging email and SMS campaigns while ensuring all messaging is fresh, relevant, and effective. By analysing performance metrics and customer feedback, you ll play a key role in shaping and optimising the company s marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities • Design and manage email templates using the IMI (Cisco) comms platform. • Develop customer journey process maps for new enrolment schemes. • Create branded and co-branded digital assets. • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable reports. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. • Use customer insights to refine communication strategies. • Maintain consistent brand alignment and tone of voice across all content. What We re Looking For: Skills and Experience: • Proven track record of planning and executing email marketing campaigns within a CRM environment. • Strong understanding of email best practices, GDPR compliance, and customer segmentation. • Advanced knowledge of email automation and campaign optimisation. • Experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva (desirable). • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not essential).
