Our client, a specialist in payroll solutions, is expanding and presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced outbound sales executive in the Payroll or Recruitment sector. This role is based at their prestigious waterfront offices in Liverpool City Centre, reflecting the company's continued growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Selling Contractor payroll solutions.
Building relationships with recruitment agencies and end-users through telephone and face-to-face interactions to manage their Contractors payroll needs.
Advising Contractors on available payroll solutions within their employment market.
Developing customer relationships at all levels through B2B calls and various sales methods.
Managing the sales pipeline.
Updating and maintaining information in the CRM system.
Liaising with existing customers and internal departments to progress and strengthen relationships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is expected to have working knowledge and understanding of umbrella payroll solutions or experience as a Recruitment Consultant managing temporary workers. Alternatively, a strong and successful background in outbound sales, with full training provided.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Successful candidates should ideally have:
Previous experience selling within the recruitment or umbrella payroll sectors.
Outbound telephone business development experience.
A structured sales background.
Ability to work from the Liverpool city centre offices.
Capacity to work towards targets.
Excellent spoken and written English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in building, developing, and managing a sales pipeline.
Goal and target-driven with a positive attitude to qualifying leads and landing clients.
Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking customer engagement and follow-ups.
Research skills for identifying new potential for pipeline building.
Good IT skills.
Ability to innovate and deliver under pressure.
