The role

The Divisional Sales Operations Lead will driveoperational effectiveness across the division by collaborating withsales leadership, cross-functional teams, and corporate globalbusiness performance to optimize processes, increase efficiency,and enhance revenue. This role requires a blend of strategicleadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of salesoperations to support business growth and ensure alignment betweensales and customer success teams.

What you'll bedoing

- Sales Analytics& Intelligence: Develop actionable sales insights gathered fromcentral reporting and KPI's to support decision-making across thedivision.

- Customer Intelligence &Segmentation: Implement customer segmentation strategies tooptimize sales resources and drive targetedselling.

- Sales Role Design & TeamSizing: Collaborate with sales leadership to design sales roles andteams that align with business goals, ensuring optimal resourceutilization.

- Territory Design &Sales Coverage: Work with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) tooptimize territory planning and resource utilization to enhanceperformance.

- Sales PerformanceManagement: Partner with the central business performance functionto manage systems for tracking and improving sales teamperformance, providing insights to salesleadership.

- Pipeline Management &Forecasting: Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accuracy andtimely reporting of forecasts.

-Quote Allocation & Goal Setting: Manage quota distribution andset performance goals in line with businessobjectives.

- Sales Leader BusinessPartner: Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership,identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencygains.

- Support CRO &Analyst/Consultant Interactions: Enhance the sales process andsupport the CRO in driving value with Tier 1 customers throughengagement with analysts and consultants.

- Sales Renewal Process Improvement: Redevelop andstreamline the sales renewal process, including pricing, andprovide recommendations to the CRO and COO.

- Sales Talent Onboarding: Collaborate with SalesLeadership and Sales Enablement teams to enhance onboardingprocesses and drive sales talent development.

- Divisional & GD Reporting: Act as the leadrepresentative for the division in the GD reporting overhaulproject, collaborating with GD Business Performance to streamlinereporting and meet divisional needs.

What we lookfor

- Bachelor's degree inbusiness, Finance, or a related field.

-7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, orrelated roles.

- Strong proficiency in CRMsystems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analyticstools.

- Proven experience in supportingsales leadership and driving sales processimprovements.

- Experience working withcross-functional teams and leadership to implement processenhancements.

- Excellent communication,leadership, and project management skills.

Skills:

- Analytical &Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data into actionableinsights and align sales operations with businessstrategy.

- Technical Proficiency:Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), salesforecasting tools, and BI systems.

-Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projectswith cross-functional teams.

- ProcessOptimization: Experience in identifying and implementing processimprovements to drive efficiency.

KPIs& Success Metrics:

- Improved salesforecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.

- Enhanced customer engagement and cross-functionalcollaboration.

- Streamlined sales renewalprocesses and pricing recommendations.

-Increased CRM utilization and elimination of shadow datasets.
