Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-established KBB manufacturer, who is seeking an experienced Contracts Business Development Manager.
Salary: Paying upwards of 50,000 basic (DOE), plus bonus and car allowance.
Location: UK field and remote based.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced business development professional within the contract kitchen market. You will be well-connected with a network of contacts within the contract kitchen market, with significant experience in German kitchen sales and contracts, and thrive on building relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
Identifying and connecting with potential clients.
Selling kitchens into the contracts market.
Prospecting, building, and developing new business
Working closely with house builders, high-rise and private developers.
Building strong business relationships.
Establishing and maintaining partnerships.
Contributing to strategy for market expansion.
Reporting into the Contracts Director.
Remote based with regular UK travel including to Head Office and some internal travel.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers.
Experience of dealing with house builders, high-rise and private developers.
Sales Account Management experience (specifically within German kitchens).
Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships.
Strong network and relationships within the contract market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset.
Be able to manage time and priorities effectively.
Must hold a valid and clean driving licence.
Flexible with business travel requirements.
