Provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage customer enquiries and process orders with precision and care.
Maintain and update accurate records and databases.
Assist in preparing detailed sales reports and documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or sales administration.
Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
Initiative and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work full-time in the office initially, with the option to work 1-2 days from home after passing probation.
