Key responsibilities of a Telesales Executive:

• Engage with warm leads: Contact customers who have shown interest and requested a call
• Confidently present product details and services
• Effectively close sales while delivering excellent customer service

What you need to be a successful Telesales Executive candidate:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, customer service or retail.
• A positive, target-driven attitude with the tenacity to succeed
• A professional, friendly telephone manner
• Proficiency with IT and CRM systems
• Able to reliably commute to Warwick for an 8:30 am start
