We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to join our Shenstone based client. The business specialises in the design and production of innovative vehicle safety and security products. Their products range from cameras and digital video recorders through to reverse parking solutions and their customers range from individuals and small businesses through to extensive fleet work.
They are a rapidly growing business and are looking to extend their dedicated and focused team. They are looking for Technical Sales to work alongside their procurement and installation teams.
As Technical Sales, you will need to have/be:
Technical experience in the vehicle accessories market
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
Ability to act and operate independently

Salary: 40, 000 to 45, 000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Role of Technical Sales:
To oversee projects ensuring timelines and deliverables
Technical and sales liaison with existing and potential new opportunities/customers
Design spec for project work
To undertake R & D involved in any new projects
To provide written briefs
Make site visits to monitor projects
To complete work on proto-type vehicles
To design spec sheets and instructions
To provide both in-house and external technical training as required
To complete customer hand over with driver instructions
To monitor new products available in the marketplace as well as identifying any new innovative opportunities
