We're seeking a talented and experienced Digital Manager to join a thriving Marketing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to balance flexibility with in-office collaboration, working on exciting projects that drive e-commerce success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance our e-commerce platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and SEO campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Develop and manage CRM strategies, ensuring a personalized and seamless customer experience.
Create and deliver impactful campaigns and content across digital channels.
Oversee website management, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with and manage external agencies to meet marketing objectives effectively.
Skills and Experience Required:
At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.
Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, CRM, and campaign management.
Demonstrable experience in website management and content optimization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
