Part-time Marketing Assistant

Reporting directly into the CEO you will be working closely the with TeamJobs leadership teams in the delivery of our company marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Own all marketing efforts, including social media posts, events, newsletters, mailers and sales supporting collateral
• Plan and oversee content calendar in line with the company's marketing goals
• General updating of company website and supporting SEO requirements
• Sharpen our tone of voice and brand personality
• Continuously assess, fine tune and deliver our marketing strategy and execution to expedite growth
• Keep up with the latest news and trends, and find creative and insightful ways to take part in the conversations
• Identify opportunities to turn trends into marketing campaigns - and collaborate with our operational and sales teams to execute it

Experience

• Marketing skills and experience gained from either a similar role, or studying
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to news and trends
• Proficient in Canva, Google ads and all social media channels
• Resourcefulness, pro-activity, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to craft sharp, concise, and engaging copy with flair
• Able to converse at all levels and enjoy doing so

This is a Part-time role, with hours that can be flexible to suit a student, or candidates who have other commitments.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
