We're working on behalf of a well-established business based in Tamworth to find a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Co-ordinator to join their thriving team. The Role:

As a Sales Account Co-ordinator, you'll play a key part in supporting the sales team by:

• Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong relationships.
• Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and updating CRM systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
