Managing Director The Role:

In collaboration with the parent company, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing a tailored strategy for the UK, aligned with the group s vision for significant growth. Leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing you will identify and capitalise on new opportunities to fuel business expansion. You will lead and inspire a cross-functional team while overseeing transformational projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and driving excellence.

Managing Director You:

- Led a business unit or entity operating as part of a large, international group structure

- Experience in sales, manufacturing and installation within the HVAC sector

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies

- Proven experience of driving change and transformation projects

- Ability to manage multi-functional teams
