Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries about products, services, and order status - Maintain accurate customer records and information systems - Support sales quotations for new projects - Coordinate with manufacturing and material control departments - Process and track sales orders - Handle service exchanges, repairs, and spare parts orders - Support warranty claim system - Manage back-to-back ordering from Germany - Provide flexible support for additional company projects
Required Skills - Technical mechanical sales admin background - Strong customer service experience - Commercial awareness - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Excel and Word - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Work Schedule - Full-time: 36.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday: 08:30-16:30 - Friday: 08:30-15:30
Compensation - Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
