Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential investors, leveraging your communication skills and investment knowledge to guide them through the exciting opportunities ACP offers. Your primary focus will be on engaging leads from our CRM and marketing channels, building relationships, and scheduling meetings to drive investment success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Proactively reach out to investors using data from our CRM system to introduce them to tailored investment opportunities.
Follow-Up: Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to ensure prompt and professional communication, keeping their interest in focus.
Investor Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential investors interested in off-plan residential units, delivering compelling information that inspires confidence.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and confirm meetings between investors and our senior investment consultants.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong connections with potential investors, representing ACP's commitment to excellence and trust.
Performance Reporting: Track your interactions and provide regular updates on lead progression and outcomes to the team.
Who We re Looking For:
You have prior experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-focused role, ideally in real estate or investments.
You re a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding goals.
You re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads and workflows.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
