The Role:
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills, in this role you will be responsible working out and defining the best course of action to grow and expand accounts.
Negotiation: Negotiation with clients will be an everyday occurrence. Being able to negotiate effectively whilst ensuring quality for the customer and margin for the business is a crucial part of the role.
Communication: Due to a diverse customer base excellent communication skills are imperative. There will be a need to deal with customers who are operating at a national level so the ability to communicate across different levels is crucial.
Customer Focus: Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and experience in fostering long-term client relationships.
Commercial Experience: 4+ Years in commercial positions dealing with complex customers and accounts.
Relationship Management: Experience in customer facing positions dealing with senior stakeholders and decision makers and creating relationships with long-term value.
