My Wednesbury based Distribution client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Duties:-
First point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Ensure accounts are recieving the services they require within their budget and meeting their needs
Maintain accurate client records and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Address customers needs and concerns quickly and effectively develop and maintain strong relationships
Identify any needs from the customer and provide solutions
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
Attending client meetings
Key Skills:-
Must have a proven track record in Account Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to build client relatinships
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
