£30,000 base salary (because the commission is madness )
Month 1 and 2 you are unlikely to get bonus: Month 3 average is over £2,500, month 4 you can easily do £4,000-£5,000 in bonus alone 25 days holiday and your birthday off!
Year one OTE for slow starters is 60-65K with above average and high achievers earning £75,000 - £100,000: Commission on all sales
90% of sales product demos set up by the lead gen team.
25% of demos / sales close on the day 75% 2-3
Average deal value between £5,000 - £20,000
Ace training month 1 (Software, CRM, product and sales focussed training)

What do you need:
2 years in a B2b sales role selling a solution to business in a fast paced environment.
Commutable to - Manchester City Centre offices
Ideally 3-5 years B2b sales with drive and hunger to earn 80-90-100K!
Game changing and sometimes life changing money and bonuses.
You need resilience its is sales after all. You need passion and excellent communication

The Standard JD:

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:

  • To sit client demos and generate new business opportunities.
  • Be a subject matter expert for company products and services.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics and business revenue target.
  • FCA-regulated insurance experience
  • Diary management
  • Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sale journey.
  • Working as an ally to your peers whilst working collaboratively with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
