About the role The marketing executive for Barbour EHS will report to our Head of Marketing and work with them to design, create and execute marketing projects. This will require creativity, a commercial mind and an analytical eye. In this role, with full support from the Head of Marketing, you will be targeted to drive high-quality leads and the growth of the new sales pipeline via multiple marketing channels. You will monitor the appointments booked from the leads to ensure we are targeting the correct audiences for our products and segmenting effectively. It s a highly collaborative role that involves working closely with our new sales team, key stakeholders, and the wider team. The aim is to raise awareness of our brand and services, reach out to new audiences, generate high-quality leads for new business, and promote the brand as a thought leader in the industry. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. The ideal candidate will be confident in presenting ideas during group meetings, engaging with external contacts, and proactively reaching out to colleagues or suppliers for information as needed. Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively. A good understanding of marketing data analysis and reporting is required, and knowledge of the industry or SaaS experience would be a significant plus.
