Technical Sales Co-ordinator required for long established engineering company based near Diss. Working in the spares department as part of the after sales team, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role with responsibility for taking and processing orders for spare parts.
Duties will include:
Processing customer enquiries via phone or email for spares
Owning end-to-end sales process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers.
Requesting quotes from suppliers and processing purchase to the best price and quality
Producing quotations and following them up
Converting Enquiries to sales order
Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
IT Skills must include word, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems
