Sales Specialist - ERP Solutions for the Packaging Industry 150,000 OTE

Brilliantin Recruitment is partnering with a leading software and technology solutions provider in the packaging industry, that is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through outreach, marketing collaborations, industry events, webinars, and professional networking.
  • Client Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges in order-to-cash and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored presentations that emphasise the value of ERP solutions for packaging operations.
  • Proposal Development & Deal Closing: Work with engineering and service teams to create precise and scalable proposals. Lead the sales cycle, addressing objections, and securing new accounts.
  • Industry Expertise & Competitive Positioning: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position solutions as essential for modern manufacturing challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, business development, and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce. Track activities, forecast deals, and report on performance to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B ERP sales, ideally within the packaging or manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the folding carton industry and the ability to address challenges such as costing, production scheduling, and material management using ERP systems. Knowledge of tools like EFI-Radius, AIcomp, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability in consultative selling and building client relationships in technical sales environments.
