Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Manage the delivery of digital projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budgets are kept to.
• Collaborate with technical and creative teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities within client accounts.
• Provide recommendations to clients informed by the latest digital trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of account management experience in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing, web development, social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Harvest).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
