Impact Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an Industrial Sales Consultant, offering a great opportunity to contribute to our growth, build client relationships, and help expand our presence within the Northamptonshire area. We are a leading independent agency, specialising in temporary and permanent candidate placements within the industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors. With 2 offices and multiple onsite operations, we are renowned for delivering tailored staffing solutions with excellence and integrity. As we look to expand our team, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established successful business. Salary & Benefits: - Up to 31,000 per year DOE
- Very rewarding uncapped commission structure
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising with length of service

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and engage potential clients.
- Focus on B2B sales, targeting businesses in need of recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads, scheduling meetings, and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Conduct client visits to build relationships, understand their needs in person, and showcase Impact's services.
- Track sales activity and provide regular reports on progress, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to provide informed solutions.
- Comply with all legal requirements including The Working Time Directive, Agency Workers Regulations and The Employment Agencies Act.
- Build personal and support company brand awareness across social media platforms.
About you: - You will ideally have previous experience within a B2B sales role, with a strong understanding of client needs.
- You are confident in cold calling and meeting clients face-to-face, with a track record of successfully generating new business.
- You are a people person, naturally drawn to meeting new individuals, building connections, and making a lasting impression.
- You are committed to delivering an exceptional service to your clients and candidates.
- You will be an active team player.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license.
