The Role Purely sales! You are not involved in the service side of the business. As a Sales Consultant, you will:
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a high-volume sales environment (recruitment or similar industries preferred). Resilience, persistence, and a "hunter" mentality. Exceptional telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups effectively using our bespoke sales platform. A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
What We Offer This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8am until 5.30pm. As part of our 9-day fortnight work pattern (trial) you will receive every other Friday as time off without a reduction in pay.
