Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation specialising in digital solutions for the NHS and local government sectors. This role is perfect for an experienced bid professional with technical exposure or a presales specialist looking to develop their bid management expertise.

The Role:
You ll take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, crafting compelling proposals that meet the complex needs of healthcare and housing clients. Combining your technical understanding with a strategic approach, you ll work closely with internal teams to deliver bids that are competitive, compliant, and tailored to client requirements. The role also incorporates some presales responsibilities, including delivering product demonstrations, scoping solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

What You ll Bring:

  • Experience in bid management or presales, ideally with experience pitching to the healthcare, social housing, or wider public sector.
  • A reasonable level of technical aptitude within the software industry, with the ability to translate complex solutions into client-focused proposals.
  • Good project management and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail to manage multiple bids effectively.
