Sales Executive Location: Remote (must be UK-based) Hours: Full-time Salary: Up to £45,000 + uncapped commission Job Description Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, across a range of platforms, including events, training, L&D, awards sponsorships, magazine advertising, digital media, and podcasts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive: - Identify and research potential clients across various industries to build a strong pipeline.
- Sell sponsorship packages, magazine placements, digital advertising, and podcast slots.
- Present tailored solutions to meet client needs and negotiate deals to exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies leveraging all available platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Key Skills of a Sales Executive - Proven experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably within media, events, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of cross-platform sales, including sponsorship and digital media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to uncovering new business opportunities.
