Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional with experience in selling to facility management companies or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the facility management sector, a strong track record in B2B sales, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales with both new and existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the facility management space.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in facility management or a related industry.
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably with long sales cycles and high-value contracts.
Strong understanding of facility management services and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
