Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional with experience in selling to facility management companies or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the facility management sector, a strong track record in B2B sales, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with both new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the facility management space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in facility management or a related industry.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably with long sales cycles and high-value contracts.
  • Strong understanding of facility management services and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
