We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our White Collar team and take over a well-established desk that has been thriving for the past three years. Specialising in freelance white-collar roles, this desk focuses on placing professionals such as Engineers, Site Managers, and Quantity Surveyors into positions across the Midlands region.

This is a rare opportunity to inherit a desk with a wealth of established clients, contacts, and candidates. The desk has successfully partnered with some of the biggest regional and Tier 1 contractors in the construction sector, and it is poised for further growth with the right individual at the helm.

Already approved to supply to numerous contractors, this desk provides a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in recruitment and account management.

What we offer:

• Competitive salaries: for experienced candidates, our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience and what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide, you can expect to receive a salary ranging from 28,000 to 36,000 plus uncapped commission
